Produce and edit long- and short-form video, create motion graphics and branded assets, repurpose content for social platforms, optimize/publish using scheduling tools, manage content calendars, use AI to speed workflows, analyze performance, and grow audience engagement.

Provide executive-level administrative support while managing sales and marketing operations in HubSpot, supporting outbound prospecting and proposals, producing reports and dashboards, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, using AI tools to summarize and automate workflows, and maintaining accurate CRM records and branded documents.
