Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.

Provide executive leadership for multiple onsite primary care clinics, overseeing operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff development, client relationships, and reporting. Drive regional strategy, optimize clinical workflows, enforce policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes and client satisfaction.

Triage and coordinate telehealth encounters via text, phone, video, and email. Perform patient intake, verify identity, schedule appointments, chart and safeguard medical records, and support providers to maintain continuity of care with timely, professional communication.
