The role emphasizes compassionate communication, patient experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to healthcare policies.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinical professionals. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews and site visits, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Partner with clinical and operational leaders, credentialing and licensing teams, and external organizations. Monitor recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, represent the organization at recruiting events, and mentor recruiters as assigned.
