The TextCare Specialist manages the beginning of telehealth encounters by monitoring patient messages, conducting intake, triaging needs, coordinating providers, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and initiating follow-up. The role delivers compassionate communication through text, phone, video, and email while protecting patient information and following healthcare policies. Candidates should be organized, technologically capable, empathetic, professional, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively across assigned weekday and weekend shifts.

Lead clinical operations for assigned clinics, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure payroll accuracy, oversee EMR and supply management, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations, support clinic openings and performance improvement, monitor patient throughput and satisfaction, recruit and evaluate clinical staff, and provide on-site support and urgent coverage as needed.
