Performs construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electric distribution lines and structures under supervision. Work includes handling energized equipment, climbing poles, operating from bucket trucks, following safety standards, responding to on-call and emergency assignments, and traveling within the service territory. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL, have a high school diploma or GED, meet physical requirements, and demonstrate the ability to advance through the company’s lineman training program.

Provides administrative and clerical support for multiple managers and teams, including calendar and meeting coordination, invoice and purchasing-card processing, records management, correspondence, travel arrangements, reporting, meeting minutes, office supplies, and special projects. The role is on-site in Benbrook, Texas, supports safety and diversity initiatives, assists with storm restoration activities, and may require overtime.

Executes regional physical security programs protecting critical infrastructure, substations, field assets, and personnel. Leads risk assessments, investigations, incident response, site surveys, law-enforcement coordination, vendor management, and security technology operations. Develops security controls, procedures, site plans, metrics, and awareness programs while partnering with engineering and operations teams on security-by-design and grid modernization. Requires extensive travel across West Texas, including frequent remote-site visits and outdoor fieldwork.

Leads regulatory strategy, analysis, compliance filings, and project management for utility regulatory proceedings. Coordinates cross-functional teams from project inception through completion, supports transmission line certificate filings, develops company positions, communicates with regulators and stakeholders, and assists counsel with disputes and mediation. Manager-level responsibilities include supervising teams, managing budgets, training project resources, and coordinating subject matter experts.

Lead research, analysis, reporting, and monitoring of PUC and other regulatory proceedings. Coordinate compliance filings (FERC, SEC), prepare regulatory reports and CCN applications, support External Affairs accounting tasks, and advise management on regulatory matters to ensure adherence to rules and timely submissions.

The internship offers servicemembers training and experience in material management, including inventory management, compliance, and technical support within Oncor's operations.

The Line Design Engineer designs and oversees engineering for transmission line projects, including modeling, cost estimates, and communicating with internal teams.

Support litigation matters (primarily personal injury/general civil litigation) by preparing pleadings, managing discovery, maintaining case databases and calendars, coordinating depositions/hearings/travel, communicating with counsel and stakeholders, handling insurance intake, and producing status reports and litigation metrics.

The HRIS Specialist Intern will support the HR team by utilizing the UltiPro system for data management, process development, and communication with partners and vendors.
