Supervises armed security operations at an Oncor facility, including personnel, access badge administration, security systems, emergency response, policies, training, incident investigations, compliance reporting, and coordination with corporate security, vendors, stakeholders, and first responders. The role requires flexible scheduling, weapons proficiency, crisis management, and oversight of security control center operations.

Performs construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical distribution lines and structures under supervision. Works with energized distribution equipment using approved safety practices, protective equipment, poles, platforms, and bucket trucks. Requires on-call, overtime, emergency call-out, and travel availability. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL, have a high school diploma or GED, complete lineman and safety training, and demonstrate the ability to advance through Oncor’s Lineman Training Program.

Leads enterprise people analytics, workforce planning, forecasting, predictive modeling, dashboards, executive reporting, and workforce data governance. Analyzes turnover, retention, hiring, mobility, productivity, talent pipelines, labor markets, and workforce risks. Partners with HR, business leaders, and executives to provide insights, scenario models, organizational design support, and recommendations for strategic workforce decisions.

Provides administrative and clerical support for multiple managers and teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, invoice and records processing, correspondence, reporting, purchasing card administration, travel arrangements, office supply management, and meeting minutes. Supports special projects, organizational initiatives, storm restoration activities, and other administrative needs while maintaining accuracy and requiring minimal supervision.

Provides engineering and project management support for ERCOT Polled Settlement metering. Reviews and approves meter designs, oversees metering projects, and serves as a technical expert on advanced meters, testing equipment, programming, communications, ERCOT protocols, and EPS metering processes. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, leads process improvements, supports regulatory and transmission groups, and represents Oncor on the ERCOT Meter Working Group.

Designs and estimates electric distribution system additions, expansions, relocations, and maintenance projects under supervision. Manages assigned projects from design through construction completion, ensuring safety, reliability, accurate system and financial records, customer satisfaction, and adherence to standards and budgets. Requires collaboration with customers and internal work groups, ongoing training, and availability to support storm restoration efforts.

Develops, delivers, evaluates, and revises overhead distribution lineworker training and assessments. Demonstrates linework activities, coaches less-experienced trainers, analyzes training needs, schedules classes, manages training facility construction, and proctors skills examinations. The role requires safe application of adult-learning principles, technical linework expertise, regulatory compliance, strong communication, and extensive collaboration with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers. Travel throughout the service territory may reach 40% annually.

Lead training needs analysis and design comprehensive utility-focused curricula using ADDIE and human performance methodologies. Develop web-based and instructor-led courses, multimedia assets, and process documentation; run workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage projects to deliver compliant, performance-based training.

The internship offers servicemembers training and experience in material management, including inventory management, compliance, and technical support within Oncor's operations.

The Line Design Engineer designs and oversees engineering for transmission line projects, including modeling, cost estimates, and communicating with internal teams.

Support litigation matters (primarily personal injury/general civil litigation) by preparing pleadings, managing discovery, maintaining case databases and calendars, coordinating depositions/hearings/travel, communicating with counsel and stakeholders, handling insurance intake, and producing status reports and litigation metrics.

The HRIS Specialist Intern will support the HR team by utilizing the UltiPro system for data management, process development, and communication with partners and vendors.
