Support planning, tracking, and analysis of projects and pre-construction activities. Compile and report project data, evaluate project scope, assist assignment to project managers, improve processes, and communicate status to stakeholders to support forecasting and performance metrics.

Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across business functions. Coordinate campus and virtual recruiting events, assist with intern programs, manage job postings, process offers, screen candidates, maintain applicant records, and advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection. Provide candidate support and recruitment program administration.

Serve as an individual contributor in Key Accounts supporting small and medium business customers. Manage escalations, communicate during system events, build internal and external relationships, lead assigned processes/projects, and respond to emergency 24/7 interactions during storms. Work onsite during a mentor/protégé phase and prioritize high-volume tasks while seeking higher-level support when needed.

Perform construction and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution lines per company standards. Work on energized conductors using approved protective equipment, climb poles and operate bucket trucks, lift up to 75 lbs, participate in on-call rotation and overtime, travel when needed, and progress through the Oncor Lineman Training Program. Must have Class A CDL and HS diploma or equivalent; lineman training and related experience encouraged.

The internship offers servicemembers training and experience in material management, including inventory management, compliance, and technical support within Oncor's operations.

Lead and manage CCN and ROW-related transmission projects, coordinating stakeholders, negotiating land acquisitions, supporting regulatory filings, overseeing budgets/schedules, and directing outside consultants to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Manage CCN application and ROW acquisition projects for transmission lines, including landowner negotiations, mediation, condemnation support, contractor oversight, budget and schedule control, stakeholder coordination with engineering, legal and regulatory teams, preparing CCN filings and testimony, and improving ROW processes and supporting applications.

The Line Design Engineer designs and oversees engineering for transmission line projects, including modeling, cost estimates, and communicating with internal teams.

Provide in-house relay and SCADA support for transmission operations: commission, test, troubleshoot, and document protective relaying, IEDs, and DFRs; develop and review relaying procedures; support NERC PRC and CIP compliance; work with vendors and train P&C specialists; assist IT with P&C software support.

The HRIS Specialist Intern will support the HR team by utilizing the UltiPro system for data management, process development, and communication with partners and vendors.
