Perform construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electric distribution lines and structures under supervision. Work includes climbing poles and operating bucket trucks, lifting up to 75 lbs, on-call rotation and overtime, travel outside district as needed, and complying with safety procedures and Oncor training requirements.

Support administration and vendor relationships for total rewards programs (compensation, commuter/parking benefits, awards, relocation, EV incentives). Handle UKG cases, coordinate spot bonuses, maintain Oncor Awards programs, produce reports/metrics, and assist HR leadership on projects and escalations.

Prepare complex electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural engineering drawings using CADD tools (including raster/vector conversion and scanning). Update as-built records, develop plan/profile and structural/shop drawings, support drawing control, perform calculations (senior), and mentor or coordinate projects for higher-level drafters.
