Develop and evaluate training courses, identify training needs, and manage training schedules while ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Manage planning, analysis, design support, and execution for distribution and system capacity programs. Provide SME guidance, forecast resources and costs, analyze program performance, liaise with field and planning teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery of distribution projects.

Maintain and update the EMS digital connectivity model for bulk power grid stations; create database/display representations from one-line drawings; define SCADA/RTU integrations; synchronize and validate EMS databases across environments; troubleshoot operator reports; assist testing and implement EMS configuration and display changes to support operations and commissioning.
