Lead and deliver security governance and PMO initiatives, translate business requirements into solutions, manage multiple projects, track KPIs/KRIs, develop dashboards and reports, perform data analysis, document requirements, improve processes, ensure compliance, mentor junior staff, and support budget planning.

Coordinate forecasting, planning, and data flows for distribution maintenance and construction. Transform large datasets into executive-ready insights, forecast resources and locations, facilitate cross-functional communication, manage project standards, identify risks and process improvements, and integrate data across systems to support Serve New and Growth Strategy initiatives.

Perform construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electric distribution lines and structures under supervision. Work on energized conductors using approved protective equipment, climb poles and operate bucket trucks, respond to on-call rotations, and follow safety and training requirements to progress through the lineman training program.
