Provides armed patrol, fixed-post security, access control, emergency response, incident reporting, and protection for employees, visitors, facilities, and assets. Responds to fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, hazardous materials incidents, and other security situations. Performs inspections, enforces site regulations, supports first responders, and participates in recurring weapons, situational, and vendor training. Requires flexible availability for rotating shifts at a 24/7 on-site facility.

Oversee REP and market relations processes, projects, systems, and regulatory compliance for an electric utility. Manage competitive retailer portals, historical usage requests, Delivery Services Agreements, budgets, workshops, training, account relationships, and market issue resolution. Coordinate with ERCOT, regulators, external market participants, technology partners, and internal teams. Serve as subject matter expert for multiple applications and processes, conduct audits and testing, prepare reports and presentations, and identify improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Provides administrative and coordination support to Human Resources leaders and teams. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, interviews, training, and events; coordinating logistics and travel; maintaining confidential records; processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses; monitoring inboxes; responding to inquiries; supporting HR systems and data entry; and assisting with employee-related, talent management, learning, orientation, and development processes.
