The Head of Performance Marketing will own and scale OnBuy's marketing efforts, focusing on GMV growth through data-driven strategies and team leadership.

Senior engineering leader accountable for delivery, operational resilience, and engineering standards across Buyer, Seller, and Platform domains. Balance live operations with platform transformation, lead people and Tech Leads, manage incidents and technical debt, embed security practices, and own resource planning and delivery execution for a trading e-commerce platform.

Lead end-to-end FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling. Act as strategic business partner to department heads and senior leadership, prepare board and shareholder reporting, drive process improvements and automation, and evaluate/implement FP&A software alongside NetSuite to support scenario planning, fundraising and investment decisions.
