Lead end-to-end FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling. Act as strategic business partner to department heads and senior leadership, prepare board and shareholder reporting, drive process improvements and automation, and evaluate/implement FP&A software alongside NetSuite to support scenario planning, fundraising and investment decisions.

Lead end-to-end Shopping and PMax strategy to maximize incremental GMV and contribution. Build scalable campaign architecture and feed-driven segmentation for millions of SKUs. Own Merchant Center health, tracking integrity (server-side conversions, GTM), automation, vendor governance, and daily trading interventions to reduce waste and improve contribution-based performance.

Lead the buyer-side product for OnBuy, EasyShop and Comet as a solo commercial product owner. Define and prioritise buyer-focused roadmap, turn commercial targets into deliverables, improve search-to-purchase conversion, and work closely with Design and Technology to deliver measurable revenue and retention gains. Operate with speed, commercial judgement, data-driven experiments and a scale-up mindset.
