Design and support electromechanical components and systems for medical imaging equipment, including surgical tables, C-arms, motion systems, structural assemblies, and tooling. Create SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation; perform structural analysis; apply DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, and GD&T. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, electrical, software, and suppliers through prototyping, testing, design release, troubleshooting, and engineering changes.

Performs incoming and final inspections of medical device components and systems, manages nonconforming materials and NCR records, supports calibration and quality documentation, and maintains Quality oversight on the manufacturing floor. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Service to resolve quality issues, support corrective actions, audits, effectiveness checks, and other QMS activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and traceability.
