Manage employment-law cases through pre-litigation, including intake, legal research, case strategy, demand letters, negotiation, and settlement. Litigation Paralegal supporting personal injury cases through pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, depositions, hearings, expert coordination, trial preparation, and client communication. The role requires organizing case files, tracking deadlines, drafting legal documents, coordinating witnesses and experts, assisting attorneys during trial, and ensuring compliance with state and federal court rules.

Support employment attorneys by serving as primary client contact, gathering and organizing documentation, coordinating communications and investigations, maintaining case files and case management systems, assisting with demand packages and pre-litigation tasks, and helping improve workflows while ensuring confidentiality and client service.

Represent employees in all stages of employment litigation—case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, trials. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements; manage caseloads and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Support employment litigation by filing court and arbitration documents, handling service and discovery, scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations, calendaring deadlines per CCP/FRCP, drafting litigation templates and declarations, tracking local rules, and maintaining client case files while assisting attorneys and clients.

Negotiate and resolve medical and other liens for personal injury cases by reviewing case details, engaging lienholders, coordinating with attorneys and case managers, maintaining negotiation records, and providing regular progress updates.

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters: draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders; conduct legal research and prepare written arguments; organize case documents; meet tight deadlines; and collaborate with attorneys and staff on litigation strategy.
