The role requires organizing case files, tracking deadlines, drafting legal documents, coordinating witnesses and experts, assisting attorneys during trial, and ensuring compliance with state and federal court rules.

Support employment attorneys by serving as primary client contact, gathering and organizing documentation, coordinating communications and investigations, maintaining case files and case management systems, assisting with demand packages and pre-litigation tasks, and helping improve workflows while ensuring confidentiality and client service.

Represent employees in all stages of employment litigation—case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, trials. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements; manage caseloads and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
