Reviews and edits English dubbing scripts for grammar, adaptation quality, lip sync, timing, and completeness. Watches scripts alongside video, fixes timecodes and missing dialogue or reactions, provides feedback to dubbing houses, rejects substandard work, and collaborates with dubbing teams to meet deadlines and resolve quality concerns.

Coordinates dubbing department workflows by organizing files, uploading materials for remote mixers and script adapters, managing QC reports, spot-checking issues, reviewing scripts, and updating project dates and statuses. Requires dubbing and audio post-production experience, audio engineering knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Pro Tools and Adobe Premiere. The role is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Provides front-desk reception and administrative support for Human Resources, Accounting, and C-suite teams. Duties include managing calls, emails, files, mail, deliveries, office supplies, meetings, executive travel arrangements, expense reports, and confidential information. Supports HR activities such as onboarding, benefits, recruitment, employee engagement, file maintenance, and compliance while coordinating communication across departments.

Manage large-scale dubbing and localization projects for entertainment content. Lead creative localization strategy, assess localization risks, develop dubbing guidelines, approve voice talent, coordinate music and effects, supervise recording and mixing sessions, and collaborate with content, legal, marketing, post-production, and regional teams. Maintain title coverage and team bandwidth while refining the organization’s dubbing strategy.
