Leads OLAPLEX’s North American professional-channel trade marketing and experiential events strategy. Owns full-funnel go-to-market planning, trade shows, activations, budgets, ROI, partner planning, and brand execution across distributors, salons, and stylists. Collaborates with Global Brand Marketing, Communications, Education, Sales, Creative, and Operations while managing and mentoring trade marketing and events teams. Drives product adoption, commercial growth, customer retention, and aligned brand experiences.

Lead regional professional education strategy and delivery for salons, distributors, and partners. Recruit and manage regional educators, run live and virtual trainings, support product launches, track regional performance, and build relationships to drive sales and stylist loyalty. Travel frequently to execute events and distributor activations.

Manage and scale Amazon EU accounts across multiple locales, overseeing Vendor Central operations, forecasting, P&L optimization, assortment and inventory flow, and coordinating retail media and localized marketing to meet regional revenue and velocity goals.

Execute end-to-end global email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including build, QA, deployment, and segmentation. Maintain the global CRM calendar, coordinate cross-functional briefs with Creative, support A/B testing and new platform feature rollouts, and track executional details to optimize retention and engagement.
