Manages the planning, organization, direction, and control of a child support office. Oversees professional Child Support Specialist staff, including workflow, training, timekeeping, and performance evaluations, under the direction of the Managing Attorney.

Leads complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, stakeholders, documentation, and governance. Develops project plans and reports, facilitates decisions and meetings, coordinates technical and business teams, ensures regulatory and organizational alignment, and supports project-management process improvements. Provides mentoring and may manage multiple concurrent projects.

Plans and directs agency programs, interprets regulations, prepares administrative and fiscal documents, supervises staff, develops policies and procedures, advises on resources, conducts training, drafts grants and contracts, and supports legislative review and liaison activities.
