Supervise and administer case management staff for individuals receiving waivered services; monitor program implementation, audit case records, run staff meetings, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate with divisions for service delivery and policy interpretation.

Provide post-adoption outreach and support to families, manage a partial caseload, conduct annual renewals and DOC requests, assist clinical social workers with in-home parent coaching, run support groups and monthly webinars, develop presentations and informational materials, and maintain Post Adoption Services website content and newsletters.

Provide case management services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in community settings: obtain social histories, develop and coordinate resources, serve as QIDP, perform monthly program monitoring, ensure compliance with federal/state waiver regulations. Extensive travel required; new employees complete Case Manager Academy training.
