Directs statewide DDS Behavior Support Services: supervises staff, chairs restrictive-plan review board, represents DDS in behavioral health meetings, approves and monitors providers, develops policies/rules, and analyzes reports to address statewide trends and concerns.

Manage and supervise a team of Program Field Representatives conducting SNAP case reviews. Ensure reviews comply with agency policy and federal SNAP regulations, translate agency goals into team outcomes, coach staff, and use data to drive training and performance improvement.

Provide case management services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including developing resources and monitoring programs under supervision.
