Develops, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates clinic-wide workforce training programs. Responsibilities include assessing needs, designing curricula and e-learning, facilitating orientation and advanced training, maintaining schedules and competency records, administering MedTrainer and Paycom systems, evaluating outcomes, supporting compliance, and collaborating with HR and department leaders on workforce development.

Lead planning, governance, and execution of an enterprise Epic EHR implementation. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, supervise technical teams, ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization aligned with clinic mission.

Lead design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for a healthcare nonprofit. Conduct market benchmarking, maintain salary structures, evaluate provider pay models (wRVU), build financial models and dashboards, advise leadership on compensation decisions, ensure HRIS data integrity (Paycom), and support annual merit/market cycles and compliance.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and preventive women's health services. Manage diagnoses, treatments, deliveries, surgeries, emergencies, documentation, referrals, and participate in quality improvement, education, and community health programs.

Implement and optimize Epic Professional Billing Claims & Remittance workflows for claims submission, remittance processing, payer connectivity, denial management, and payment reconciliation. Configure EDI/ANSI formats, manage clearinghouse integrations and print engines, audit claim outputs, troubleshoot transmission/interface errors, and collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, patient access, and technical teams to improve reimbursement accuracy and revenue integrity.

Lead ongoing Epic training, workflow optimization, and user adoption across clinical and administrative teams. Deliver classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and at-the-elbow support; analyze Epic Signal data to identify gaps; update curricula with trainers and analysts; provide go-live support and continuous upgrade education to improve efficiency and system utilization.

Configure and optimize Epic Radiant for radiology: build scheduling queues, templates, order transmittal logic, HL7/PACS integration, testing, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve imaging workflows and results delivery.

Configure, test, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing to support charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, workqueues, and billing workflows. Partner with revenue cycle, finance, patient access, and clinical teams to troubleshoot billing issues, implement credit split and statement processes, and improve reimbursement and billing accuracy.

Configure and support Epic Healthy Planet population-health tools, build care management workflows and registries, maintain quality measure reporting, collaborate with clinical stakeholders, and test clinical decision support to improve care coordination and preventive care.

Configure and support Epic modules (Identity, Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link, ROI, document management) to maintain patient identity, resolve duplicates, manage HIE settings, ensure data governance, HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance, and collaborate with HIM, clinical, IT, and operational teams to protect EHR integrity and patient privacy.

Design and deliver Epic-based reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and executive leaders to translate requirements into SQL-based data models, validate data accuracy, manage reporting databases and security, and train end-users on self-service tools.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, crisis intervention, and treatment planning across the lifespan. Collaborate with behavioral health and primary care teams, document care in the electronic health record, coordinate referrals, and participate in quality improvement and departmental activities.
