Supports communications, marketing, and digital content activities for a nonprofit healthcare organization. Responsibilities include creating graphics, drafting social media content, photography and video coverage, event storytelling, proofreading, research, digital asset organization, vendor communication, and equipment management. The intern will collaborate with the Communications team while handling assigned projects independently and building a portfolio through practical nonprofit communications work.

Provides in-house legal support across contracts, employment matters, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, policies, investigations, audits, and litigation management. Drafts and negotiates agreements, conducts legal research, advises organizational leaders, reviews compliance documentation, supports employee-related matters, and delivers legal training. Works under the Chief Legal Officer with increasing independence.

Performs OB/GYN and general diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including patient assessment, positioning, image acquisition, preliminary findings, and documentation. Ensures patient safety, privacy, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols. Reviews orders and medical histories, identifies examination limitations, communicates with patients and physicians, operates PACS and related systems, maintains radiology records, and supports daily Radiology operations.

Lead design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for a healthcare nonprofit. Conduct market benchmarking, maintain salary structures, evaluate provider pay models (wRVU), build financial models and dashboards, advise leadership on compensation decisions, ensure HRIS data integrity (Paycom), and support annual merit/market cycles and compliance.

Lead planning, governance, and execution of an enterprise Epic EHR implementation. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, supervise technical teams, ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization aligned with clinic mission.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and preventive women's health services. Manage diagnoses, treatments, deliveries, surgeries, emergencies, documentation, referrals, and participate in quality improvement, education, and community health programs.

Lead ongoing Epic training, workflow optimization, and user adoption across clinical and administrative teams. Deliver classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and at-the-elbow support; analyze Epic Signal data to identify gaps; update curricula with trainers and analysts; provide go-live support and continuous upgrade education to improve efficiency and system utilization.

Configure and optimize Epic Radiant for radiology: build scheduling queues, templates, order transmittal logic, HL7/PACS integration, testing, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve imaging workflows and results delivery.

Configure, test, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing to support charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, workqueues, and billing workflows. Partner with revenue cycle, finance, patient access, and clinical teams to troubleshoot billing issues, implement credit split and statement processes, and improve reimbursement and billing accuracy.
