Develops, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates clinic-wide workforce training programs. Responsibilities include assessing needs, designing curricula and e-learning, facilitating orientation and advanced training, maintaining schedules and competency records, administering MedTrainer and Paycom systems, evaluating outcomes, supporting compliance, and collaborating with HR and department leaders on workforce development.

Provide executive leadership for nursing across the clinic: advance nursing practice, clinical quality, patient safety, workforce development, operations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, recruit and train staff, oversee standards of care, and report on nursing performance to support organizational goals.

Lead planning, governance, and execution of an enterprise Epic EHR implementation. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, supervise technical teams, ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization aligned with clinic mission.
