Leads company-wide financial strategy and finance and accounting operations across multiple regions. Oversees reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project profitability analysis, treasury, cash flow, tax, payroll, benefits, retirement plans, shareholder liquidity, banking relationships, credit facilities, bonding, covenants, risk management, insurance, internal controls, and financial data security. Partners with executive leadership and the Board on capital allocation, acquisitions, joint ventures, growth, and organizational development.

Lead large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, contracts, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, design coordination, quality, safety, compliance, risk mitigation, and financial reporting. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, superintendents, and preconstruction teams. Mentor project managers and team members while driving consistent project delivery and organizational excellence.

Manage K-12 school construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permitting, documentation, subcontractors, and design coordination. Partner with superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, school stakeholders, and clients to resolve issues, manage risk and change, maintain relationships, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget expectations.

Prepare monthly owner billings, monitor receivables and project cash flow, maintain project accounting records, analyze costs and variances, process contracts and change orders, verify compliance documentation, support project closeouts, and assist with reconciliations, audits, month-end close, reporting, and process improvements.

The BIM Coordinator manages multidisciplinary building models across architectural, structural, MEP, and trade scopes. Responsibilities include model aggregation, clash detection, coordination meetings, constructability reviews, quality control, BIM standards compliance, and providing model-based information for field layout, logistics, sequencing, and decision-making. The role collaborates with project managers, superintendents, designers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors from preconstruction through project completion.
