Oversee budgets, contracts, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, design coordination, quality, safety, compliance, risk mitigation, and financial reporting. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, superintendents, and preconstruction teams. Mentor project managers and team members while driving consistent project delivery and organizational excellence.

Manage K-12 school construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permitting, documentation, subcontractors, and design coordination. Partner with superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, school stakeholders, and clients to resolve issues, manage risk and change, maintain relationships, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget expectations.
