Partners with executive leadership and the Board on capital allocation, acquisitions, joint ventures, growth, and organizational development.

Lead large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, contracts, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, design coordination, quality, safety, compliance, risk mitigation, and financial reporting. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, superintendents, and preconstruction teams. Mentor project managers and team members while driving consistent project delivery and organizational excellence.

Supports commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include assisting with bidding, subcontracting, procurement, documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, drawing review, change orders, pay applications, quality and safety coordination, and project closeout. Partners with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and stakeholders to maintain schedules, control costs, resolve clarifications, and deliver projects safely and effectively.
