Drive Oishii’s commercial growth across Florida, North Carolina, and Atlanta by managing retail partnerships, sales targets, inventory, merchandising standards, distribution, and account expansion. Lead part-time District Sales Associates and coordinate merchandising agencies. Spend most workdays in the field, conduct frequent regional store visits, develop sampling and local marketing opportunities, and represent the brand within retail and food communities.

Lead development and maintenance of software powering autonomous robotic strawberry harvesting. Build across SCADA communications, perception, motion planning, and robotic controls; translate requirements into production-ready software; validate through simulation and field testing; troubleshoot deployments; and collaborate with robotics, hardware, controls, and operations teams to improve system reliability.

Leads strawberry cultivation deployment across production and R&D farms, owning plant health, environmental controls, yield, quality, and improvement initiatives. Collaborates with Operations, Facilities, Maintenance, Engineering, Commercial, and R&D teams to execute experiments and scalable solutions. Manages growers and operators, defines team structure and career development, supports hiring, and establishes a two-year production deployment roadmap. The role is hands-on, strategic, data-driven, and primarily farm-based.
