Provides general neurology care in a collaborative community-based practice, with opportunities for subspecialty care, stroke care, EEG interpretation, and connection to OHSU academic resources. Requires Oregon radiography licensure, ARRT registration within 90 days, and Healthcare Provider BLS certification within 90 days.

Provides professional nursing care in an OBGYN clinic, primarily conducting phone triage, responding to MyChart messages, developing care plans, communicating test results, assessing pregnancy concerns, educating patients, and coordinating with providers. Performs occasional new-OB and preoperative intake visits and injections. Requires in-person clinic work, strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-care coordination.

Operates CT equipment and performs diagnostic imaging procedures under radiologist supervision. Responsibilities include CT quality control, patient care across age groups, moderate sedation assistance, contrast IV starts, patient transport and scheduling, documentation, supply maintenance, and physician support.
