Serve as primary client contact to provide service, retain business, identify insurance needs, process and review insurance documentation, support renewals, calculate commissions, ensure compliance, and perform administrative duties.

Manages and develops the Client Services team while ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate banking operations, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective deposit-product support. Responsibilities include staff coaching and scheduling, complaint resolution, reconciliations, accounts payable support, overdraft processing, asset-liability committee participation, liquidity management, audit preparation, Call Report contributions, purchasing, and business intelligence reporting.

Records daily deposit transactions, maintains customer financial records, reconciles bank statements and general ledgers, processes wire transfers, and supports accounts payable and receivable. The role researches and resolves accounting issues, updates journals and ledgers, prepares financial reports, assists customers with banking-related requests, and handles clerical bookkeeping functions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Analyzes applicant and business financial information to assess credit risk, support loan underwriting, prepare loan documents and proposals, complete risk ratings and pricing worksheets, monitor covenants and portfolios, and maintain credit files. Supports lenders with credit reports, appraisals, flood determinations, financial statement spreading, compliance activities, delinquency notices, and loan committee preparation.

Originate and close mortgage loans by soliciting borrowers, building community and real-estate relationships, analyzing credit and financial statements, ensuring underwriting compliance, guiding applicants through application and closing, and cross-selling bank products.
