Collaborate with electrophysiology specialists and follow HRS/NASPE standards.

Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver a portfolio of complex IT projects across OhioHealth, including system implementations, infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and facility expansions. Oversee resourcing, vendor relationships, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Improve Solution Delivery maturity, automate PM processes, and partner with clinical and technical leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Performs phlebotomy and specimen processing, adheres to safety and regulatory standards, provides customer service to clinicians and patients, performs lab clerical/computer tasks (LIS, e-Source), trains staff, and maintains competencies and mandatory education.

Perform diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopy procedures, position patients, operate imaging equipment, ensure radiation safety and image quality, prepare patients and document procedures in the EMR, perform QC and electronic imaging tasks, and assist with student training under supervision.

Provide outpatient heart failure care as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) in collaboration with supervising physicians. Practice under state laws and approved supervision agreements, focusing on safety, quality, and efficient patient management at Marion Heart Failure Clinic and Heart & Vascular office.

Provide front-desk and clerical support in a primary care office: greet patients, register and verify insurance, schedule appointments in the EMR, collect payments, process paperwork (authorizations, disability/FMLA, record releases, industrial claims), maintain charts and work queues, answer multi-line phones, and support office operations.

Provide outpatient cardiology care in collaboration with physicians for acute and chronic patients. Practice under a supervising physician agreement, follow state laws and privileges, focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. May include occasional inpatient coverage; schedule generally M-F with rotating holidays/weekends.

Provide perioperative care as a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA): perform pre/postoperative management, serve as first assist intraoperatively under surgeon supervision, handle tissue, hemostasis, trocar placement, assist with robotic and endoscopic procedures, and participate in rounds and discharge planning. Required to take call-stay shifts.

Supervise clinical laboratory section(s): manage technical operations, staffing, productivity, regulatory compliance (CAP/CLIA), staff development, training, and serve as liaison to physicians and departments. May perform Med Tech/Lab Specialist duties as needed.

PhD-prepared nurse responsible for designing and leading research, evidence-based practice, and QI across the system. Leads mixed-methods studies, ensures IRB/HIPAA compliance, disseminates findings, mentors staff, develops EBP education, and consults with leaders to translate evidence into practice and measure outcomes.
