Manage paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, build and troubleshoot GoHighLevel funnels, CRM pipelines, automations, and tracking systems, and optimize campaigns based on lead quality, appointments, and acquisition costs. Create and test ads, audiences, offers, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Independently manage client accounts, report results, identify issues and opportunities, and support service-based businesses.

Owns end-to-end Australian tax compliance for individuals, sole traders, companies, and trusts. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, financial statements, EOFY workpapers and adjustments, reviewing bookkeeping, reconciling accounting profit to taxable income, managing company tax and franking accounts, investigating balance sheet issues, and reviewing and mentoring junior accountants.

Manage AML/KYC workflows for Australian client businesses, including customer due diligence, identity verification, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse-media reviews, enhanced due diligence, transaction-monitoring alerts, audit-ready records, and draft regulatory reports. Escalate potential risks to client Compliance Officers, coordinate across multiple accounts, protect confidential information, and maintain required training and procedures.

Owns end-to-end product, growth, subscription, and commercial analytics. Responsibilities include defining metrics, improving instrumentation and data quality, analyzing customer behavior and retention, reconciling subscription data, building executive dashboards, supporting experimentation, and translating findings into recommendations. The role requires advanced SQL, BigQuery, Python, and stakeholder communication skills, with additional exposure to product analytics, SaaS, mobile subscriptions, e-commerce, AI features, and statistical analysis valued.

Build and maintain AI-powered automations, agents, API integrations, and business workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and custom code. Apply LLM APIs to automate administrative and data-processing tasks, while implementing security, testing, documentation, monitoring, and human review. Train staff, support leadership, and identify additional opportunities to reduce costs and save time.

Coordinate multiple media content release tracks, maintain production schedules and databases, verify studio deliveries and file standards, manage production communications and escalations, organize server storage, and plan upcoming release cycles. The role also involves vendor coordination, shared inbox management, proactive issue tracking, and training new team members in a remote international production environment.
