Responsibilities include defining acceptance criteria, executing manual, exploratory, regression, API, integration, and user acceptance testing, investigating defects with logs, SQL, APIs, and application code, providing release sign-off, communicating risks, and improving automated test coverage.

Manage paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, build and troubleshoot GoHighLevel funnels, CRM pipelines, automations, and tracking systems, and optimize campaigns based on lead quality, appointments, and acquisition costs. Create and test ads, audiences, offers, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Independently manage client accounts, report results, identify issues and opportunities, and support service-based businesses.

Owns end-to-end Australian tax compliance for individuals, sole traders, companies, and trusts. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, financial statements, EOFY workpapers and adjustments, reviewing bookkeeping, reconciling accounting profit to taxable income, managing company tax and franking accounts, investigating balance sheet issues, and reviewing and mentoring junior accountants.
