Represent students, faculty, and other clients in Title IX, education, civil rights, defamation, and complex litigation matters. Manage discovery and ESI, draft pleadings and motions, conduct research, represent clients in campus and court proceedings, and collaborate across practice areas while maintaining client relationships and managing a diverse caseload.

Provide corporate and transactional legal counsel to privately held companies, handling M&A buy- and sell-side deals, financings, contract drafting/negotiation, entity formation, governance, and serving as outside general counsel from diligence through closing.

Advise privately held companies on M&A, equity and debt financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, manage deals through due diligence and closing, and serve as outside general counsel to private-company clients.

Handle all phases of commercial litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, communicate with clients, and collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas. Focus may include landlord, real estate, and property management disputes.

Represent and support clients in middle-market M&A transactions: manage due diligence, draft and negotiate purchase and ancillary documents, coordinate closings, advise on corporate governance and general business matters, and collaborate with cross-practice attorneys while managing multiple transactions under partner oversight.

Represent educational institutions, students, and faculty in Title IX and education-related matters. Conduct and defend Title IX investigations and hearings; handle student and faculty disciplinary proceedings, academic misconduct, and special education issues. Manage civil rights, defamation, and related litigation; draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda; perform legal research; represent clients in administrative proceedings, mediations, and court; collaborate across practice areas and maintain strong client relationships while managing a diverse caseload.

Represent secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Manage creditor-side litigation from intake to resolution, draft motions and memoranda, argue motions, attend hearings and depositions, and advise clients on bankruptcy strategy and recovery options.

Provide trusts and estates counsel for individuals and families: draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives; manage day-to-day estate planning engagements; maintain client relationships; advise on advanced planning strategies for high-net-worth clients; assist with estate and trust administration as needed.

Senior trusts and estates attorney responsible for drafting comprehensive estate plans, advising on tax-efficient strategies (irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs, GRATs), managing high-net-worth and middle-income client relationships, leading in-person client meetings, and supporting firm business in the Los Angeles office.

Provide day-to-day corporate legal advice to owner-managed and growth companies, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on corporate governance, assist with entity formation and structuring, support M&A transactions, and serve as outside general counsel to clients.

Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on estate planning, trusts, and administration; draft trusts, wills, and powers of attorney; analyze estate, gift, GST, and income tax issues; support business succession planning; collaborate with advisors and corporate attorneys; conduct legal research and manage fiduciary and beneficiary communications.

Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on advanced estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning and trust administration; develop tax-efficient succession plans, draft complex estate and business documents, coordinate with corporate/M&A teams on tax implications, and manage multiple complex matters while collaborating with accountants and advisors.

Represent landlords and property managers in high-volume real estate litigation. Appear in court for hearings and trials, prepare and argue motions, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and produce trial documents.

Senior trusts and estates attorney advising high-net-worth clients on advanced estate, gift, and GST tax planning; designing and implementing GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, charitable trusts, and family limited partnerships; overseeing complex estate and trust administration; counseling on business succession, philanthropic planning, and wealth transfer; building long-term client relationships.

Provide litigation support across commercial real estate, construction, regulatory, banking, litigation, and IP matters. Manage cases through all litigation phases: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial prep. Draft and argue motions, perform legal research, assist with strategy, collaborate with colleagues, and travel within California as needed.
