Represent students, faculty, and other clients in Title IX, education, civil rights, defamation, and complex litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda; manage discovery and ESI review; conduct legal research; develop litigation strategies; and represent clients in campus proceedings, mediations, and court proceedings. The role also requires independent caseload management, collaboration across practice areas, and strong client relationship skills.

Supports attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, document management, legal research, docket and deadline tracking, depositions, evidentiary hearings, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings. The role requires managing multiple deadline-driven matters, maintaining organized case files and databases, and applying California state and federal litigation procedures.

Supports attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, document management, legal research, deadline tracking, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings. The role requires maintaining detailed dockets, databases, and case files while managing high-volume, deadline-driven work for multiple attorneys. Initial work is fully onsite in Los Angeles or Century City, with potential for a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
