Provide litigation support across commercial real estate, construction, regulatory, banking, litigation, and IP matters. Manage cases through all litigation phases: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial prep. Draft and argue motions, perform legal research, assist with strategy, collaborate with colleagues, and travel within California as needed.

Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on advanced estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; design tax-efficient succession plans (trusts, partnerships, charitable structures); collaborate on M&A and business succession matters; draft and review complex estate planning documents; manage trust administration and coordinate with accountants and advisors.

Represent students, faculty, and other clients in Title IX, education, civil rights, defamation, and complex litigation matters. Manage discovery and ESI, draft pleadings and motions, conduct research, represent clients in campus and court proceedings, and collaborate across practice areas while maintaining client relationships and managing a diverse caseload.
