Lead the Official BrandStore division driving strategy, operations, sales, and team performance. Oversee inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, budgets, and vendor negotiations. Develop marketing and promotional plans, analyze sales data, optimize e-commerce platforms (Magento & Shopify), and implement dashboards and operational improvements to boost revenue and profitability while mentoring a high-performing team.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and candidate pipelines. Administer daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, HRIS updates, and payroll support. Prepare HR documentation and letters, handle employee queries, support engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and generate HR reports.

Manage end-to-end logistics and daily dispatch operations for home and international shipments, coordinate with courier partners, handle escalations and Freshdesk tickets, validate billing and documentation, manage returns and stock clearance, and liaise with finance for credit notes and invoicing.
