Manage end-to-end e-commerce accounting including sales, returns, commissions and taxes; prepare channel/store/product-wise sales reports; reconcile payment gateway settlements; perform inventory accounting and audits; manage OMS for orders, invoicing and procurement; handle POS store accounting; liaise with vendors and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Manage end-to-end logistics and daily dispatch operations for home and international shipments, coordinate with courier partners, handle escalations and Freshdesk tickets, validate billing and documentation, manage returns and stock clearance, and liaise with finance for credit notes and invoicing.
