Drive new business and sales growth by prospecting, presenting proposals, generating and processing leads, researching new markets, managing sales processes and records, implementing sales plans, and leading a sales team to build long-term client relationships and meet targets.

Consult with enterprise HR/Admin on employee engagement, R&R, gifting and branded campaigns; manage client relationships, gather feedback, coordinate internal delivery, identify upsell/referral opportunities, and support retention and campaign execution.

Coordinate product research, catalog preparation, SKU generation, pricing, and inventory updates. Work with Design, Tech, Marketing, and vendor teams to finalize creatives, plan monthly promotions, and execute weekly email campaigns. Maintain accurate product data and support website operations.
