Leads the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and ERP optimization. Partners with executive leadership on financial strategy and oversees accounting across multiple locations and legal entities. Recruits, develops, and manages the accounting team while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulations.

Drive sales growth across an assigned territory by developing dealership relationships, acquiring new customers, presenting aftermarket pricing and packages, managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and exceeding profitability targets. Educate dealership teams on industry trends and coordinate with retail stores and dealerships to support product installations. Daily territory travel and occasional out-of-state travel are required.
