Lead planning, execution and reporting of product and process R&D projects. Develop concepts and 3D CAD designs, run feasibility studies and FEA, supervise prototype/sample production, define specifications and measurable criteria, support testing to series release, and manage project processes (IDEA/CUST) including supplier and partner collaboration.

Support evaluation, validation, and documentation of manufacturing processes. Provide CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting. Create process documentation, lead PFMEA/control plan development, perform competitive analysis, and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and optimize production methods.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate communication, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR and payroll documentation with external providers, ensure compliance with Polish labor law and data protection, support employer branding and local recruitment activities, and keep accurate HR system and personnel records.
