The Senior HR Generalist will support line managers, manage recruitment processes, administer HR duties, implement HR procedures, and handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Provide sales administration and contract support including quotations, pricing, account adjustments, part number/BOM management, CRM/ERP customer master maintenance, PPAP and RFQ coordination, credit checks with finance, sales forecasting support, and resolution of customer issues while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
