Support sales by preparing quotations, managing pricing, contracts, customer master data, BOMs and credit approvals. Coordinate RFQs, PPAP, scheduling agreements, and internal departments; track forecasts, won/lost business, and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with IATF/ISO standards.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate communication, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR and payroll documentation with external providers, ensure compliance with Polish labor law and data protection, support employer branding and local recruitment activities, and keep accurate HR system and personnel records.

Leads Canada-wide logistics and supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, procurement coordination, warehousing, distribution, transportation, compliance, budgeting, and team development. Establishes strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing logistics providers, customer requirements, trade compliance, ERP and EDI systems, and operational risks. Oversees cost control, CAPEX, resource allocation, stakeholder relationships, and corrective actions in a manufacturing environment.
