Leads the Product and Process Engineering team supporting high-volume manufacturing. Oversees engineering resources, tooling and fixture design, process optimization, capacity planning, product changes, new product introduction, validation, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, budgeting, and capital planning. Partners with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and operational performance.

Leads general ledger accounting across the Americas, ensuring accurate financial statements under Swiss GAAP and local GAAP. Supervises accounting staff, reviews accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities, authorizes payments, coordinates financial close, resolves complex accounting issues, and improves accounting policies, procedures, and systems. Supports production controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance.
