Build and scale Odin’s growth engine alongside the co-founder. Responsibilities include creating AI-powered lead magnets, micro-products, tools, and campaigns; developing partnerships with investors, syndicate networks, accelerators, and fund administrators; organizing events; building referral and repeat-use mechanisms; and executing high-impact founders’ office projects. The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, commercial outcomes, pipeline and revenue growth, analytical decision-making, and direct ownership from concept through delivery.

Own the full inbound sales cycle for Odin’s private markets investment platform, from lead qualification through close. Build and manage a growing customer book of angels, syndicate leads, and fund managers, while contributing to sales processes, automation, and playbooks. The role requires high-volume short-cycle sales experience, strong organization, commercial judgment, reliable follow-through, and credibility with experienced investors. Private markets exposure is beneficial but not required.

Own investment deal execution and transform operational workflows into scalable software and automations. Analyze systems end to end, simplify processes, build scripts, spreadsheets, no-code tools, and AI-agent solutions, and eliminate unnecessary work. Apply strong numerical reasoning to financial calculations involving allocations, fees, carry, and distributions. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, independent execution, first-principles thinking, and close collaboration with operations, product, design, and engineering teams.

Own post-close and deal legal work, legal escalations, external counsel, and operational automation. Build AI-enabled tools and streamlined workflows for fund administration, governance, transfers, distributions, and exits. The role requires qualified legal experience in funds, corporate, or financial services, strong commercial judgment, and a hands-on builder mindset.
