Lead product and brand design across Odin’s platform: define design direction, build systems and prototypes, run discovery and user research, translate complex regulated workflows into polished, production-ready UI, and establish repeatable research and feedback practices while collaborating closely with founders and product teams.

Own end-to-end customer experience for angels, VCs, GPs, LPs and founders across the deal lifecycle. Triage and resolve high-stakes support, legal and compliance issues, reduce ticket volume by fixing root causes, advocate customer needs to Product, and set standards for exceptional, proactive support.

Lead creation of a repeatable inbound growth engine—design and run experiments across SEO, AI search, email, social, content, paid channels; manage agency relationships; own attribution, funnel analysis, and scaling of repeatable systems that drive MQLs and pipeline for sales.

Lead product and brand design for a full-stack private markets platform. Define design direction, build systems, run discovery and testing, craft polished UIs, translate regulatory workflows into clear experiences, work closely with product and founders, and help scale design practices across the company.

Support office operations, events logistics, onboarding, HRIS and people processes. Coordinate suppliers, venues, and event setup, manage employee data and expenses, and improve team experience with hands-on People Ops support and occasional involvement in AI/automation projects.
