Build and scale Odin’s growth engine by creating repeatable inbound, product-led growth, and demand-generation systems. Develop growth loops, marketing automation, GTM processes, and campaigns that generate qualified MQLs. Experiment across AI, SEO, viral campaigns, activation, and conversion optimization while partnering with sales, product, founders, and external agencies. Own strategy, execution, and outcomes in a high-ambiguity founding role.

Lead Odin’s product and visual brand design across complex, regulated private-markets workflows. Set design direction, elevate product quality, establish scalable systems and feedback practices, conduct customer discovery, prototype and test solutions, and deliver polished production-ready experiences. Partner closely with founders, product, engineering, and customers while balancing usability, compliance, speed, and business impact.

Lead product and brand design for a full-stack private markets platform. Define design direction, build systems, run discovery and testing, craft polished UIs, translate regulatory workflows into clear experiences, work closely with product and founders, and help scale design practices across the company.

Own the end-to-end investor experience across the deal lifecycle, respond to inbound customer queries, triage and resolve high-risk cases, reduce ticket volume by addressing root causes, advocate customer needs to Product/Ops/Compliance, and set standards for exceptional customer interactions.
