Own end-to-end customer experience for angels, VCs, GPs, LPs and founders across deal lifecycles. Serve as primary responder for support, legal and compliance inquiries, triage risk, reduce ticket volume by fixing root causes, build AI-first tooling and automations, and advocate customer needs into Product and Ops while documenting and raising standards.
