Answer and resolve customer support tickets across the private investment lifecycle using Zendesk. Learn the platform deeply, triage urgent or compliance-sensitive issues, escalate appropriately, identify recurring problems, and advocate for product improvements. Serve as the customer’s internal voice while communicating clearly with sophisticated customers handling investments, money, and regulatory matters.

Leads and remains hands-on in engineering execution, owning code, architecture, quality, reliability, technical standards, and delivery. Hires and develops the engineering team, manages performance, improves AI-enabled productivity, and partners with Product and external technical vendors. Establishes practices for testing, incident response, post-mortems, on-call, and financial accuracy while scaling the team from six to approximately 15–20 engineers.

Own investment deal execution and transform operational workflows into scalable software and automations. Analyze systems end to end, simplify processes, build scripts, spreadsheets, no-code tools, and AI-agent solutions, and eliminate unnecessary work. Apply strong numerical reasoning to financial calculations involving allocations, fees, carry, and distributions. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, independent execution, first-principles thinking, and close collaboration with operations, product, design, and engineering teams.
