Triage and resolve high-stakes support, legal and compliance issues, reduce ticket volume by fixing root causes, advocate customer needs to Product, and set standards for exceptional, proactive support.

Lead creation of a repeatable inbound growth engine—design and run experiments across SEO, AI search, email, social, content, paid channels; manage agency relationships; own attribution, funnel analysis, and scaling of repeatable systems that drive MQLs and pipeline for sales.
