The Senior Client Director will drive new business acquisition in life sciences by leading complex sales cycles, fostering executive relationships, and collaborating across teams to achieve revenue goals using AI-driven insights.

Lead a specialist GTM pod to advise C-suite clients, design AI-driven commercial strategies, translate client pain into business cases, own segment strategy and post-close outcomes, and feed product/engineering with market intelligence to accelerate time-to-value and revenue.

The Client Director is responsible for business growth and partnerships in the pharma sector, using consultative insights and leading the sales lifecycle. Tasks include client engagement, enterprise sales, solution development, and pipeline management while collaborating across teams to ensure client success and drive revenue growth.

Build and own end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend systems. Implement responsive React + TypeScript UIs, design and operate APIs and backend services (Python/TypeScript), deploy and run containerized apps on AWS/Kubernetes, integrate analytical data sources, use observability and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to ship reliable, incremental features.

Lead end-to-end development of ODAIA's AI-powered commercial intelligence features. Build React/TypeScript frontends, design and operate backend APIs and services, integrate data/ML systems, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and improve testing, observability, and code quality.

Design and implement scalable data ingestion and onboarding pipelines, build automation and Claude-powered tooling to reduce production MTTR, integrate third‑party sources (Veeva/Salesforce), design APIs and warehouse schemas, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade data solutions on AWS and Snowflake.

Lead FP&A and financial operations: build complex models and KPIs, manage budgeting/forecasting, oversee month-end reporting and external bookkeepers, run year-end audits and investor/Board reporting, own financial tech stack and identify efficiency/AI opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue accountability and operational efficiency.

Build and run ODAIA's legal function: draft, negotiate, and close enterprise SaaS, data licensing, MSA and DPA agreements; translate AI governance into internal policy; architect privacy and data-governance across PIPEDA/HIPAA; manage equity, board resolutions, vendor agreements; partner with Sales and Engineering to enable fast, compliant contracting and advise the executive team and Board on legal and risk matters.

Serve as a trusted advisor translating commercial and prescribing data into insight-led recommendations for life sciences clients. Lead hypothesis-driven analyses, launch and targeting strategy, data maturity assessments, and client-facing strategic engagements. Drive adoption of AI-enabled commercial workflows, measure ROI, and manage multi-workstream projects across cross-functional teams.
