Analyze eVetting investigation and adjudication data using quantitative, qualitative, and NLP methods to identify bottlenecks, recommend rule changes, develop predictive and network analyses, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve automated pass rates while preserving security.

Support a federal client by cleaning and ETLing data, performing analysis, building Databricks pipelines and visualizations, and developing predictive models. Maintain governance, Unity Catalog, and workspace administration.

Support federal systems engineering tasks including IT documentation, test data preparation and analysis, maintaining requirements/configuration documentation, evaluating vendors for transition from STEPP to CSOD, proposing development roadmaps, and supporting requirements traceability and hardware-software compatibility.

Manage and produce compliant, compelling federal proposal responses. Analyze solicitations, build outlines and compliance matrices, write technical/management/staffing/past performance sections, coordinate SMEs and capture teams, manage revisions, and produce polished graphics and formatted deliverables on tight deadlines.

Support a federal client on Databricks: clean and ETL data with SQL/Python, analyze data, build Databricks pipelines and visualizations, and manage Unity Catalog and workspace administration.

Support federal systems engineering tasks including preparing IT documentation, test data and analysis, maintaining requirements and configuration documentation, evaluating vendor solutions and guiding transition from STEPP to CSOD, collaborating with hardware engineers, and developing operational requirements and traceability matrices.
