Support federal systems engineering tasks including preparing IT documentation, test data and analysis, maintaining requirements and configuration documentation, evaluating vendor solutions and guiding transition from STEPP to CSOD, collaborating with hardware engineers, and developing operational requirements and traceability matrices.

Perform quantitative, qualitative, and NLP analyses on unclassified, PII-free eVetting data to identify bottlenecks, recommend business-rule changes, develop predictive/prescriptive models, perform trend and network analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Produces external-facing materials including press releases, brochures, web content, and social media posts. The role supports a federal client, is primarily onsite in Washington, DC, and requires relevant training and technology adoption experience, federal agency experience, and an MCT or APTD certification.

Leads business process analysis to identify automation opportunities, designs and documents UiPath RPA solutions, ensures development and deployment best practices, provides technical implementation guidance, and supports business transition services. Requires federal agency experience, UiPath advanced developer certification, U.S. citizenship, and successful completion of an HSPD-12 Tier 2 background investigation for CAC issuance. The position is primarily onsite in Washington, DC, and contingent upon contract award.

Support federal vulnerability management by conducting assessments, driving remediation, maintaining scanners and baselines, performing fix validation, participating in incident response and audits, and producing reports and dashboards to improve security posture and compliance.

Maintain and re-baseline Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for a major federal initiative. Perform schedule analysis (critical path, float, variance), monitor vendor performance, produce Power BI dashboards, maintain risk/bottleneck repositories, lead schedule IPTs, mentor staff, and implement process improvements using enterprise scheduling tools and earned value management.

Support federal acquisitions across pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities; manage fixed-price, T&M, cost-plus, IDIQ, BPA, and interagency agreements; prepare documentation, ensure FAR compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and use contracting systems (PRISM, SharePoint, Word, Excel). Must obtain Public Trust and reside within 90-minute drive of Washington, DC.

Manage and produce compliant, high-quality proposal responses to federal solicitations. Analyze RFPs, build outlines and compliance matrices, write technical/management/staffing/past performance sections, coordinate SMEs, edit content, and create proposal graphics while meeting strict deadlines.

Lead end-to-end proposal development for federal government solicitations. Coordinate proposal teams, analyze RFP/RFQ/SOW requirements, create compliant technical and management content, manage revisions, ensure compliance, produce high-impact graphics, and support capture and pipeline activities to win new business.

Build, test, debug, and deploy software bots using RPA tools. Maintain automations, resolve defects, and collaborate with program management and IT for deployments and support.

Lead program definition and execution for a federal client: meet schedules and performance objectives, implement mission requirements, conduct requirements and cost-benefit analyses, ensure quality of deliverables, coordinate multiple projects, resolve issues, report to senior leadership, and manage junior consultants to achieve client objectives.
