Investigates anomalies, analyzes workload and shared-service cost trends, supports system changes and release validation, maintains process documentation, and prepares customer reports and briefings. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, expense and bill management, document organization, confidential correspondence, vendor and facilities management, meeting and event coordination, front-desk coverage, and office communications. The role requires discretion, initiative, strong organization, excellent communication, and full-time commuting to Tysons Corner or McLean, Virginia.
