Create, edit, and publish technical and scientific documentation, communications plans, manuals, reports, presentations, and training materials for DoD stakeholders. Manage multiple writing projects, collaborate with program staff and engineers, ensure quality and revision control, and produce clear materials for senior leadership and end users.

Lead proposal coordination and writing for federal solicitations: analyze RFPs, build compliance matrices, manage teams and timelines, create technical/management/staffing/past performance content, ensure compliance and consistent voice, produce graphics, and support pipeline development.
