Lead and oversee program operations for a federal client: define program specifications, meet schedule and performance objectives, implement mission requirements, perform requirements and cost-benefit analysis, ensure deliverable quality, coordinate cross-project efforts, resolve issues, report to senior leadership, and manage junior consultants.

Support post-award federal grant financial management, closeout operations, amendment processing, and compliance. Perform reconciliations, de-obligation analysis, prepare closeout packages and financial reports, coordinate with grantees and agency stakeholders, and maintain status tracking in GrantSolutions and internal databases.
