Provides comprehensive executive, personal, and office management support to the CEO. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, expense and bill management, document organization, confidential correspondence, vendor and facilities management, meeting and event coordination, front-desk coverage, and office communications. The role requires discretion, initiative, strong organization, excellent communication, and full-time commuting to Tysons Corner or McLean, Virginia.

Supports federal acquisition offices with contract closeout activities, including preparing expired contracts for archiving or destruction and closing simple and complex firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, labor-hour, cost-type, and hybrid contracts. The role requires federal contract closeout experience, acquisition knowledge, documentation expertise, and coordination within a hybrid work environment. A bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain or retain Public Trust clearance are required.
