Performs cradle-to-grave acquisition support for complex supplies, services, and IT contracts, including market research, solicitation preparation, source selections, cost and price analysis, negotiations, awards, and reporting. Develops acquisition documents, ensures regulatory compliance and OCI safeguards, mentors staff, and leads transition activities.

Supports the full federal acquisition lifecycle for complex supplies, services, and IT contracts. Responsibilities include market research, solicitation development, source selections, cost and price analysis, negotiations, contract awards, modifications, administration, closeout, and FPDS-NG reporting.
