Supports program governance, executive briefings, dashboards, KPIs, action and decision tracking, risk and issue registers, project schedules, and records management. The analyst prepares leadership-ready materials, maintains project repositories and performance data, supports the master scheduler, and coordinates accountability across stakeholders. The role requires advanced Power BI, Microsoft Project, collaboration-tool expertise, strong communication skills, an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and availability in the DC Metro Area.

Manages federal contract, cooperative agreement, and grant closeout activities in compliance with FAR, 2 CFR, and agency policies. Reconciles award files, uploads records to secure systems, prepares closeout documentation and releases of claims, identifies expired files for destruction, and supports process improvements. The role requires experience closing simple and complex contract types, primarily remote work with two weekly office days in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, occasional travel to Washington, D.C., and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
