Supports Legal Counsel and the Paralegal with records management, contract compliance, closing documents, checklist follow-up, legal entity formation, governance agreements, and other day-to-day legal department tasks. The role provides practical in-house experience focused on business, transactional, corporate, and renewable energy law.

The Senior Interconnection Engineer leads technical aspects of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, focusing on interconnection studies and transmission analysis while coordinating with various stakeholders.

The Project Development Manager will lead land and project development for OCI's solar initiatives, managing all related research, negotiations, and permits.

Support market monitoring and analysis for utility-scale solar and storage projects. Produce reports, presentations, and strategic insights on regulatory, legislative, technical, financial, and competitive trends. Engage stakeholders, conduct ad hoc research, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform project development planning.
