The Controller manages accounting operations, financial reporting, consolidations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, project cost monitoring, credit and collections, payables, loan compliance, cash flow, and audit coordination. The role maintains SOX-compliant internal controls, improves accounting processes, supports strategic planning, and supervises up to three employees. It requires strong US GAAP expertise, CPA certification, leadership capabilities, and experience with accounting systems and financial analysis.

The Accounting Manager oversees monthly and annual close processes, financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, credit and collections, project expenditure monitoring, internal controls, SOX compliance, and process improvements. The role supports the Corporate Controller, ensures US GAAP compliance, collaborates with budget holders and management, and supervises direct reports.

Support market monitoring and analysis for utility-scale solar and storage projects. Produce reports, presentations, and strategic insights on regulatory, legislative, technical, financial, and competitive trends. Engage stakeholders, conduct ad hoc research, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform project development planning.

Supports Legal Counsel and the Paralegal with records management, contract compliance, closing documents, checklist follow-up, legal entity formation, governance agreements, and other day-to-day legal department tasks. The role provides practical in-house experience focused on business, transactional, corporate, and renewable energy law.

Maintain general ledger, perform month-end close, process AP/AR, prepare financial statements and variance analysis, manage fixed asset accounting, and support government filing and other accounting duties.

Supervise operations technicians to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. Coordinate safety, training, shift assignments, inventory, production scheduling, quality, environmental activities, equipment monitoring, work orders, and contractor interactions. Drive continuous improvement, communicate shift goals, and take corrective action as needed.

Support execution of project quality management for utility-scale BESS construction and commissioning. Perform field inspections, track non-conformances, verify installation against drawings and standards, manage quality documentation, coordinate with engineering, contractors, and vendors, and support commissioning readiness and turnover.

The Project Development Manager will lead land and project development for OCI's solar initiatives, managing all related research, negotiations, and permits.
