Support market monitoring and analysis for utility-scale solar and storage projects. Produce reports, presentations, and strategic insights on regulatory, legislative, technical, financial, and competitive trends. Engage stakeholders, conduct ad hoc research, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform project development planning.

Supports Legal Counsel and the Paralegal with records management, contract compliance, closing documents, checklist follow-up, legal entity formation, governance agreements, and other day-to-day legal department tasks. The role provides practical in-house experience focused on business, transactional, corporate, and renewable energy law.

Maintain general ledger, perform month-end close, process AP/AR, prepare financial statements and variance analysis, manage fixed asset accounting, and support government filing and other accounting duties.
