Maintain, troubleshoot, configure, and support DCS/PLC and historian systems for the ethylene plant. Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance planning, spare parts, documentation, training, and safety/compliance activities tied to control systems.

Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Cincinnati plant including HR/payroll coordination, HESS and quality documentation, training and LMS management, SAP-based purchasing/receiving/inventory, shipping and rail logistics liaison, invoice approval, record retention, site communications, and general office/meeting support. Manage customer pricing, billing, rebates, and contract-driven formula pricing for US and Canadian accounts. Lead on-site railcar repairs and coordinate third-party daily operations. Oversee supplier performance, inventories, invoicing in SAP, budgeting, and capital/maintenance planning for supply chain assets. Serve as technical liaison for rail and barge repairs, perform fixed asset reviews, support safety, FDA, and HESS programs, and maintain required credentials. Minimal travel (<5%).

Supervise day-to-day accounts payable operations including invoice intake, processing, payment support, reconciliations, vendor inquiry resolution, and third-party oversight. Lead and coach AP staff, enforce controls for T&E and PCard programs, maintain audit-ready documentation, monitor KPIs, recommend process improvements, and support SAP S/4HANA/VIM/Ariba/Concur/FileNet system enhancements.

Manage corporate insurance procurement and relationships with brokers/insurers, handle claims tendering and reimbursements, maintain Risk Management records and reporting, prepare underwriting submissions and financial responsibility documents, support contracts, audits, and special projects.
