Manage end-to-end customer contract lifecycle, streamline sales contract processes, support compliance and audits, collaborate with Legal/Finance/sales, implement/optimize CLM and CRM/ERP systems, report KPIs, and lead process improvement and training related to contract management.

Support plant operations by identifying and implementing process improvements to increase capacity, reliability, yield and safety. Troubleshoot process issues, run tests, produce reports, coordinate capital projects with production/maintenance/vendors, and support environmental and safety initiatives.

Serve as primary customer interface for US/Canadian accounts, managing order-to-cash in SAP and CRM, coordinating with sales and supply chain, resolving billing and delivery issues, promoting customer service offerings, and supporting process improvements and SOX compliance.
