Provides administrative and operational leadership for school programs, including staff supervision, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll adjustments, compliance tracking, classroom coverage, supplies, records, and emergency preparedness. Supports special education teachers and instructional teams, works directly with students when needed, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary professionals to promote student success, independence, and a positive learning environment.

Partners with organizational leaders to develop HR strategies that improve engagement, retention, performance, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness. Coaches managers, handles complex employee and labor relations matters, conducts investigations, supports workforce planning and organizational change, analyzes HR metrics, oversees onboarding, and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to improve the employee experience.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for clinical, licensed, specialized, and leadership roles. Partners with executives and senior leaders, develops talent acquisition strategies, improves recruitment processes, tracks labor market and hiring metrics, builds external talent networks, supports retention and succession planning, and mentors junior talent acquisition professionals.

Oversee abuse and neglect investigations to ensure timely, fair, thorough, and compliant outcomes. Review investigation assignments and reports, manage related SharePoint systems, monitor administrative leave and corrective actions, coordinate registry cases, and provide leadership updates. Train and mentor investigators, support reporting requirements, collaborate with HR and DDS representatives, and drive continuous improvement in investigative quality and regulatory compliance.

Build and manage Oak Hill’s internal communications function, including its SharePoint intranet, content pipeline, communications workflows, and strategic calendar. Partner with departments and leadership to create clear employee communications, surface stories, manage requests, and engage a decentralized workforce. Monitor effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, while establishing consistent processes and tools for internal communication.
