Provides administrative and operational leadership for school programs, including staff supervision, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll adjustments, compliance tracking, classroom coverage, supplies, records, and emergency preparedness. Supports special education teachers and instructional teams, works directly with students when needed, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary professionals to promote student success, independence, and a positive learning environment.

Partners with organizational leaders to develop HR strategies that improve engagement, retention, performance, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness. Coaches managers, handles complex employee and labor relations matters, conducts investigations, supports workforce planning and organizational change, analyzes HR metrics, oversees onboarding, and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to improve the employee experience.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for clinical, licensed, specialized, and leadership roles. Partners with executives and senior leaders, develops talent acquisition strategies, improves recruitment processes, tracks labor market and hiring metrics, builds external talent networks, supports retention and succession planning, and mentors junior talent acquisition professionals.
