Manage planning, direction, and coordination of capital design and construction projects across NYC. Serve as primary contact through scoping, design, procurement, and construction; monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, contractor liaison, project records, reports, and compliance with agency objectives.

Engage NYC older adults, caregivers, and service providers via calls and emails to provide resources and resolve issues. Track inquiries in CTS, represent NYC Aging at community events, deliver presentations, and support trainings and outreach to advance the Bureau of External Affairs.

Manage complex capital construction projects from inception through close-out. Coordinate with sponsor agencies, develop cost estimates and schedules, supervise design and construction staff, resolve design/construction issues, process change orders, oversee contractor performance, and supervise Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure safety, budget, and timely completion.

Lead Site Reliability and automation efforts: maintain and write infrastructure and automation code (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring), act as highest escalation for production incidents, run design sessions, manage and review DevOps engineers, and enforce operational best practices for production environments.

Coordinate Emergency Food Assistance Program operations across ~600 emergency food programs: monitor SNAP outreach, manage contracted vendors, supervise Community Associates, provide technical assistance, represent EFAP to community groups, and prepare reports and evaluations to improve program compliance and performance.

Lead project controls for construction projects: review drawings, schedules, cost estimates and bids; integrate schedule, risk, and cost; liaise with stakeholders; research and apply BIM and advanced quantity take-off/analytics tools; perform field visits; track/report production rates and costs; and supervise junior project controls staff.

Provide administrative and technical support to project managers: maintain documentation, track schedules and milestones, prepare reports and meeting materials, coordinate communications, and conduct research to support capital project delivery.

Audit construction, equipment, and consultant payment requisitions; perform field visits to verify quantity and quality of work; write audit reports recommending approval/adjustment/rejection; review and validate change orders for cost reasonableness and compliance with regulations.

Manage construction of coastal resiliency projects: lead constructability reviews, coordinate Resident/Office Engineers and inspectors, inspect contracted work, prepare cost proposals, approve submissions, manage payments/change orders/time extensions, oversee final inspections and project close-out, mentor staff, and report project progress and delays.

Lead and manage city-to-city partnerships, municipal relationships, and international urban initiatives advancing mayoral priorities (housing, transportation, climate, public health). Coordinate exchanges, convenings, and collaborative projects across City agencies and global partners; serve as regional liaison and relationship manager.

Enroll consumers into the Fair Fares program at walk-in locations: verify and authenticate documents, scan and enter data into the enrollment database, finalize and submit applications, notify consumers of missing items, answer questions, and conduct outreach and information sessions across NYC.

Lead NYC Parks' Trees and Sidewalks program: develop tree care standards, manage contracts and budgets, supervise forestry staff and consultants, coordinate sidewalk repairs around city trees, represent Parks with stakeholders and in legal settings, and support storm response.

Supervise daily automotive garage operations and dispatch personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Schedule servicing and minor repairs, inspect facilities, investigate complaints and accidents, manage records, initiate requisitions, coordinate major repairs with vendors, and ensure efficient vehicle utilization and compliance with standards. Provide emergency vehicle service when needed.

Support prosecutors by collecting and analyzing case documents, drafting legal motions and subpoenas, conducting legal research, coordinating with police and other agencies, contacting witnesses, securing affidavits and records, transcribing detention calls, preparing discovery and digital evidence, and performing related administrative and travel tasks.

Lead agency-wide strategic planning, policy, innovation, and organizational transformation for NYC DDC. Translate Commissioner priorities into measurable initiatives, oversee strategic blueprint and reform, advance sustainability and decarbonization, support performance management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-agency alignment to modernize capital project delivery and improve organizational performance.

Inspect parks and facilities for pest infestations; select, prepare and apply insecticides, rodenticides, baits and traps; maintain records and weekly reports of work and equipment usage; may drive a motor vehicle. Work supports prevention, control and elimination of pests across NYC Parks properties.

Manage complex capital construction projects from conception through close-out for the Borough Based Jails program. Coordinate sponsors, PMCs, design-builders, and regulatory agencies; develop schedules, supervise construction management staff, monitor cost and schedule, review change orders, maintain project records, and ensure projects meet agency commitment objectives.

Review complex bridge and retaining wall designs, perform seismic and load-rating analyses, conduct field inspections, review construction RFIs, attend construction meetings, supervise technical staff, and ensure compliance with City, State, and Federal bridge standards.

Record and transcribe verbatim grand jury proceedings using a stenotype machine and Case Catalyst software; produce certified minutes, manage notes/SD cards, testify to accuracy in court, and handle complex legal and medical terminology.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for SPEED permitting software, define business cases and KPIs, translate user research into requirements, collaborate with UX, engineering and program owners, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage product lifecycle from conception to launch to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
