Verifies funding, budgets, workscopes, vendor documents, addresses, and contract data; prepares and issues authoring documents; tracks submissions and approvals; provides provider training and technical assistance; troubleshoots system issues; communicates contract activity to PACE; and prepares administrative, fiscal, and standardized reports.

Leads product management strategy and teams for New York City digital services. Responsibilities include coaching product managers, aligning senior stakeholders, identifying product opportunities, promoting evidence-based and human-centered design, navigating organizational barriers, and communicating complex topics clearly.
