Lead and manage a DevOps and systems administration team to ensure high application uptime, oversee production/non-production environments, implement DevOps pipelines, manage Microsoft enterprise services (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, ATP), coordinate infrastructure upgrades, support security administration, and collaborate with stakeholders on project intake, budgeting, vendor management and technology integration.

Perform desk audits, review and process vendor payments and advances, provide fiscal technical assistance to contracted agencies, reconcile PASSPort contracts with NYC FMS, maintain contract ledgers, prepare weekly management reports, and support ad-hoc fiscal projects.

Lead and grow a product management team to deliver scalable, human-centered digital products for New Yorkers. Build cross-agency relationships, coach product managers, advocate evidence-based problem solving, and remove organizational roadblocks while presenting complex topics simply and handling special initiatives.
