Leads NYCHA real estate transactions and redevelopment projects, including sourcing, underwriting, financing, HUD approvals, negotiations, disposition strategies, and financial closings. Manages relationships with lenders, City agencies, HUD, consultants, and development partners. Provides strategic guidance on the predevelopment pipeline, supervises at least eight project managers and directors, coordinates cross-functional teams, and develops recommendations to improve project delivery, cost containment, and affordable housing outcomes.

Assists with project scope development, existing-condition and forensic analysis, consultant design and construction document review, construction administration, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Ensures schedules, milestones, deadlines, design principles, building codes, project delivery methods, and industry standards are followed. Interfaces with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and technical staff.

Drive development vehicles, assist with debris pickup and material transport, support emergency snow removal, and prepare apartments for move-outs. No formal education or prior experience is required.
