Creates, optimizes, and troubleshoots CNC programs for mills, lathes, and routers. Interprets blueprints, sets up machines, performs test runs, selects tools and materials, maintains program documentation, and resolves programming or machine issues. Collaborates with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality, while training entry-level programmers and operators.

Oversee and execute accounts payable activities, including processing and approving vendor invoices, maintaining vendor records, reconciling statements, preparing payments, and supporting month-end and year-end close. Assist with financial reporting, audits, tax activities, and ad hoc analysis while maintaining accurate records and communicating issues to finance and purchasing leadership.

Performs basic and intermediate CNC machining setups for milling or lathe operations. Adjusts tool and work offsets, verifies program alignment, interprets technical drawings and GD&T, troubleshoots tool wear and machining issues, conducts in-process inspections, documents measurements, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires progression from Machinist I or equivalent experience, with a focus on safe, accurate production in a manufacturing environment.

Improves assembly and manufacturing performance through process optimization, Lean continuous improvement, production readiness, and scalable manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include developing routings, standard work, and manufacturing documentation; leading Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; supporting NPI, tooling, automation, capacity planning, and facility improvements; and analyzing production data to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Responsible for selling packaging equipment and promotional programs across a Southeast territory via direct and distributor sales. Grow accounts, train distributor personnel, implement sales strategy, manage order specifications and internal paperwork, and coordinate with support teams. Extensive travel required.

Develop and program PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery, design electrical schematics and BOMs in AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA compliance, troubleshoot machines, and support sales/assembly/procurement.

Provide frontline phone and email technical support for customers, troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate with service/engineering, manage support cases, produce technical documentation, attend training and occasional onsite shadowing, and provide after-hours and rotating phone coverage.

Support HMLV engineered-to-order manufacturing by driving ERP (Epicor) excellence, DFM, operational analytics, and continuous improvement to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enable accurate quoting and capacity planning.
