Support HMLV engineered-to-order manufacturing by driving ERP (Epicor) excellence, DFM, operational analytics, and continuous improvement to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enable accurate quoting and capacity planning.

Drive direct and distributor sales for packaging equipment across the Pacific Northwest. Build customer relationships, manage pipeline and sales metrics, deliver product training, draft accurate order specifications, and execute territory growth plans while traveling frequently within assigned states.

Develop and program PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery, design electrical schematics and BOMs in AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA compliance, troubleshoot machines, and support sales/assembly/procurement.

Provide frontline phone and email technical support for customers, troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate with service/engineering, manage support cases, produce technical documentation, attend training and occasional onsite shadowing, and provide after-hours and rotating phone coverage.

Responsible for selling packaging equipment and promotional programs across a Southeast territory via direct and distributor sales. Grow accounts, train distributor personnel, implement sales strategy, manage order specifications and internal paperwork, and coordinate with support teams. Extensive travel required.

Support all facets of accounts receivable including EDI-compliant invoicing, payment posting, collections, credit/adjustments, AR aging maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end support. Interface with Sales, Lifecycle Services, IT and customers to resolve account balances and improve AR processes and reporting.

Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing to reduce waste, shorten lead times, improve quality and profitability. Drive Lean projects, lead kaizen events, partner with engineering on DFM, implement performance metrics, train teams, and sustain process improvements.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug mechanical and electrical packaging machinery; perform final inspections, adjust and repair components, download and edit PLC programs, run factory acceptance tests, document changes, and support field installations and service with up to 50% travel.

Lead and scale end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, fabrication/machining, and facilities. Drive delivery, cost, quality, safety, and continuous improvement through KPIs, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and talent development. Partner with leadership to build a scalable operating model supporting engineered, high-mix/low-volume products.
