Responsible for selling packaging equipment and promotional programs across a Southeast territory via direct and distributor sales. Grow accounts, train distributor personnel, implement sales strategy, manage order specifications and internal paperwork, and coordinate with support teams. Extensive travel required.

Develop and program PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery, design electrical schematics and BOMs in AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA compliance, troubleshoot machines, and support sales/assembly/procurement.

Provide frontline phone and email technical support for customers, troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate with service/engineering, manage support cases, produce technical documentation, attend training and occasional onsite shadowing, and provide after-hours and rotating phone coverage.
