Leads the company’s accounting function across general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, treasury, equity, manufacturing cost accounting, close, reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls. The role manages a growing accounting team in a regulated, high-technology manufacturing environment.

Supports assembly, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of accelerator beamlines and related vacuum, cooling, pneumatic, and radiochemistry systems. Collaborates with design, physics, operations, vendors, and technicians; manages subsystem delivery, testing, documentation, budgets, schedules, and troubleshooting. Provides technical reporting and staff training while maintaining strong safety practices.

Processes vendor invoices, performs three-way matching, supports ACH, wire, and check payments, maintains vendor records, reconciles statements, manages AP aging, and resolves vendor issues. The role also supports capital project invoices, tax compliance, month-end close, accruals, audits, and ERP data accuracy while partnering with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

Designs, programs, validates, installs, troubleshoots, and commissions PLC, HMI/SCADA, instrumentation, control hardware, and industrial control systems for linear accelerators. Develops schematics, test plans, procedures, system documentation, and prototypes; performs trade studies and hazard analyses; coordinates with cross-functional teams and vendors; and mentors associate engineers. This onsite role involves hazardous environments and approximately 10% travel.

Owns the end-to-end design, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of major controls subsystems for linear accelerator and industrial control systems. Leads system testing, safety and reliability improvements, standards development, vendor relationships, cross-functional technical decisions, and mentoring of engineers. Works onsite in Valencia, California, across laboratory, engineering, R&D, and production environments, with approximately 10% travel.

Designs, develops, tests, integrates, and supports PLC, HMI/SCADA, networking, and distributed controls software for scientific and industrial systems. Troubleshoots controls hardware, instrumentation, communication interfaces, and software; contributes to safety analyses, documentation, standards, commissioning, and operator training. Collaborates across technical teams and mentors associate engineers. This is a full-time onsite role with less than 10% travel and exposure to specialized industrial and radiological environments.

Design, build, install, test, and support custom mechanical equipment for a particle accelerator radioisotope production facility. Produce detailed CAD models and drawings, manage fabrication and assembly, develop test plans and documentation, commission equipment, and provide lifecycle troubleshooting and upgrades while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining safety and quality standards.
