Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and development of an AI Agent platform. Conduct market and customer research, translate enterprise pain points into product requirements, collaborate with AI/ML engineers, and drive go-to-market adoption and monetization. Manage cross-functional Agile execution and help scale an early-stage B2B SaaS product involving integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.

Build and optimize multilingual ASR/TTS and voice-to-voice systems for conversational AI. Develop agentic RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, self-learning agents, and real-time low-latency ML applications. Collaborate with MLOps and product teams to deploy scalable, secure, reliable production systems, while advancing speech, NLP, LLM, and inference capabilities for Indian-language contexts.

Supports enterprise sales growth through lead generation, prospect outreach, CRM management, market research, sales materials, event participation, and follow-up coordination. The intern will gain hands-on experience with enterprise sales and generative AI solutions while collaborating with the sales team to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Lead the architecture and performance engineering of Nurix AI’s production infrastructure for real-time voice and chat agents. Design scalable, multi-cloud distributed systems supporting ASR, TTS, LLM orchestration, agentic RAG, and self-learning workflows. Establish reliability, observability, security, compliance, and low-latency standards while optimizing GPU and TPU utilization. Translate AI research into production platforms, mentor engineers, and evaluate advanced inference technologies.
