Lead design and build of the scientific data foundation: model ontologies, harmonize ELN/LIMS/instrument data, create ETL/ELT pipelines, enforce metadata and traceability, and deliver dashboards to enable R&D decisions.

Support founders and Chief of Staff on recruitment, people operations, onboarding/offboarding, HR admin, employer branding, wellbeing initiatives, internal documentation, and automation using AI tools. Contribute to office ops and scale HR systems for a growing biotech startup.

Support development and characterization of mammalian cell lines through hands-on cell culture and molecular biology techniques (RT-qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry). Document experiments, report results, assist lab management and operations, and collaborate with the genetic engineering team in a startup lab environment.

Support development and optimisation of downstream purification (chromatography, filtration, precipitation), perform clarification, concentration and formulation, run biochemical characterisation assays (SDS-PAGE, ELISA, enzymatic assays), assist scale-up to pilot, document experiments, and help with lab management and daily operations.

Perform HPLC and enzymatic assays for sugar quantification, develop/optimize methods, detect secreted proteins with ELISA and Western blot, analyse secretion by RT-qPCR, support media development, document and present results, and assist with lab management and general operations.

Lead translation of external regulatory counsel recommendations into operational quality systems and a regulatory implementation roadmap. Build and maintain QMS, SOPs, CAPA, change control and documentation for dossier preparation and filings (EU/US/other). Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, bioprocess, downstream), ensure inspection readiness, and evaluate AI-enabled tools to accelerate regulatory submissions and quality outputs.
