Perform HPLC and enzymatic assays for sugar quantification, develop/optimize methods, detect secreted proteins with ELISA and Western blot, analyse secretion by RT-qPCR, support media development, document and present results, and assist with lab management and general operations.

Support development and characterization of mammalian cell lines through hands-on cell culture and molecular biology techniques (RT-qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry). Document experiments, report results, assist lab management and operations, and collaborate with the genetic engineering team in a startup lab environment.

Support development and optimisation of downstream purification (chromatography, filtration, precipitation), perform clarification, concentration and formulation, run biochemical characterisation assays (SDS-PAGE, ELISA, enzymatic assays), assist scale-up to pilot, document experiments, and help with lab management and daily operations.
