Support bioreactor runs and monitor parameters, assist senior scientists with cell culture and molecular assays (RT-qPCR, IHC, western blot, flow cytometry), maintain cultures, document experiments, collect samples, perform basic analytics, and help with lab admin and operations.

Perform HPLC and enzymatic assays for sugar quantification, develop/optimize methods, detect secreted proteins with ELISA and Western blot, analyse secretion by RT-qPCR, support media development, document and present results, and assist with lab management and general operations.

Support development and characterization of mammalian cell lines through hands-on cell culture and molecular biology techniques (RT-qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry). Document experiments, report results, assist lab management and operations, and collaborate with the genetic engineering team in a startup lab environment.
