Support Numerix SaaS clients by managing daily operations, monitoring risk analytics (MTM, Greeks, PFE, CVA, FVA, VaR), triaging incidents, providing technical/API support, coordinating pre-production and production releases, and producing service reports and RCAs.

The Product Specialist will define functional specifications for trade lifecycle management within Oneview, ensuring workflows are risk-aware and compatible with analytics through collaboration with various teams.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and management of AWS cloud infrastructure, Windows and Linux servers, and databases. Troubleshoot networking, security, performance; automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash/Python and IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform); maintain CI/CD, containers, monitoring, backups, and compliance; create documentation and support clients and internal teams.

Own full sales cycle for deals up to $50K ARR while prospecting larger opportunities. Use Claude AI and account-based strategies for outreach, qualify with MEDDPICC, manage demos, negotiations, CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and collaborate with senior AEs on handovers.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and executives, manage travel logistics, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee office management responsibilities.
