Administer and maintain Numerix’s Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms, including configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and release updates. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT teams to implement business solutions, improve processes, evaluate third-party applications, and support users. Deliver training, analyze Salesforce data, maintain accurate records, and provide operational recommendations.

Owns end-to-end functional specifications for trade management and workflow within Numerix Oneview. Responsibilities include defining trade capture, booking, lifecycle, cash-flow, approval, validation, and integration workflows; documenting requirements in JIRA; coordinating with UX, engineering, trading, operations, and risk teams; and supporting functional testing and UAT. The role requires derivatives lifecycle expertise, understanding of risk and PnL impacts, and experience with front-to-back trading systems.

Monitor and validate market data deliveries, batch processes, and feeds for SaaS clients. Troubleshoot data quality and technical issues, manage incidents, coordinate releases and production patches, and support API-related client queries. Develop standard operating procedures, automate manual checks using Python, engage vendors, and lead post-mortem and root-cause analysis activities. The role requires financial markets knowledge, especially derivatives and multiple asset classes, along with Excel, SQL, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Provides onsite and remote technical support, manages service desk tickets, deploys and retrieves employee devices, maintains IT asset and license inventories, and administers user accounts. Supports Windows systems, servers, cloud platforms, upgrades, patching, and infrastructure security. Creates technical documentation, assists with IT projects, and participates in rotating weekend on-call coverage.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and management of AWS cloud infrastructure, Windows and Linux servers, and databases. Troubleshoot networking, security, performance; automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash/Python and IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform); maintain CI/CD, containers, monitoring, backups, and compliance; create documentation and support clients and internal teams.

Own outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales for smaller B2B SaaS/FinTech deals (≤ $50K ARR). Use Claude AI and CRM tools to qualify leads (MEDDPICC), run discovery, demos, negotiate, close, and hand off larger opportunities while maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.

The Product Specialist will define functional specifications for trade lifecycle management within Oneview, ensuring workflows are risk-aware and compatible with analytics through collaboration with various teams.
