Provides Tier 1 support to global clients by managing inbound cases, triaging issues, resolving standard problems, documenting interactions, meeting SLA and CSAT targets, and escalating complex cases to Tier 2 or Engineering. The role requires professional communication in English and Japanese, strong problem-solving skills, accurate case management, and collaboration across global teams. It also contributes to knowledge-base maintenance, process improvements, and backlog management.

Drive enterprise sales growth for trading and risk management software across a defined U.S. territory. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating pipeline, maintaining Salesforce forecasts, building relationships with quantitative and C-level clients, identifying technology and process gaps, recommending solutions, and achieving revenue and adoption goals. The role requires consultative selling experience with financial institutions trading derivatives, fixed income, or structured credit, along with travel up to 30%.

Administer and maintain Numerix’s Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms, including configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and release updates. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT teams to implement business solutions, improve processes, evaluate third-party applications, and support users. Deliver training, analyze Salesforce data, maintain accurate records, and provide operational recommendations.
