Lead supply chain improvements for a high-tech manufacturing unit: develop logistics policy, run improvement projects, root-cause disruptions, align demand and supply, build KPIs and dashboards, drive supplier improvements, advise management, and train colleagues.

Independently program, set up, operate and optimize 3- and 5-axis CNC machines using CAM/CAD (preferably TopSolid). Produce ultra-precise single parts and small series to strict tolerances, prepare fixtures, check tools/materials, read technical drawings, monitor quality, and collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability and processes.

Create didactically sound, visually appealing e-learning modules from existing and new training materials. Gather learning objectives from technical colleagues, translate complex technical content into clear learning, design course structure and visual layout, and deliver immediately usable onboarding, product knowledge, safety, and customer introduction modules.

Translate customer E-BOMs into production M-BOMs, maintain article and BOM data in ERP, manage configuration changes, visualize inventory/production impact, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production to improve logistics processes and data quality.

Serve as strategic and operational HR Business Partner for a high-tech manufacturing site: manage end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance, compensation, LMS), lead talent reviews, succession planning, training/OJT, HR analytics, and liaise with Singapore government agencies to support workforce capability and organizational development.

Set up and operate Jung/Blohm surface grinding machines to machine high‑precision components to micron tolerances. Read drawings, secure workpieces, measure parts during production, perform preventive machine maintenance, and contribute to process and quality improvements in a high‑tech production environment. Work includes one‑offs and small series in a 2‑shift system.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to transfer products from development to stable series production for semiconductor/analytical assemblies. Set and monitor QLTC targets, align customer development with manufacturability, manage milestones, commercial agreements, and stakeholder reporting throughout NPI to volume release.

Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture precision parts from single pieces to small series. Read drawings and work instructions, perform intermediate and final measurements, carry out preventive machine maintenance, and suggest process improvements while collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality production in a two-shift environment.

Operate and maintain painting equipment to apply high-quality wet paint on small-series, complex parts for semiconductor, medical and defense industries. Perform pre-treatment, read work orders and technical drawings, paint in booths or on-line, ensure quality and contribute to process improvement.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; process goods receipts in ERP; operate pallet truck, stacker and forklift; use scanners and Excel for inventory; suggest process improvements and perform 5S activities to maintain an organized warehouse.

Work Saturdays (07:30–12:00) in a high-tech production environment performing cleaning, simple production tasks, masking, packing and supporting colleagues. No technical background required; tasks vary weekly and training is provided.

Lead two specialized quality teams (measurement room and cleanroom final inspection) of ~15 staff. Ensure timely, documented inspections, improve measurement programs and procedures, prepare investment proposals, manage staffing and performance reviews, and collaborate with production, logistics, and Quality Engineers to resolve quality issues.

Lead NPI engineering and project management to deliver new products on time, in scope, and within budget. Develop NPI strategy, manage cross-functional teams, governance, KPIs, budgets, risk mitigation, process improvements, and ensure smooth transition to high-volume manufacturing while interfacing with stakeholders and customers.
