Work Saturdays (07:30–12:00) in a high-tech production environment performing cleaning, simple production tasks, masking, packing and supporting colleagues. No technical background required; tasks vary weekly and training is provided.

Translate customer E-BOMs into production M-BOMs, maintain article and BOM data in ERP, manage configuration changes, visualize inventory/production impact, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production to improve logistics processes and data quality.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, and part approval (APQP/PPAP/FAI). Manage supplier corrective actions (8D), monitor supplier performance, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support NPI with cross-functional teams to improve supplier process capability and product quality.

Lead industrialization of customer designs into scalable, cost-efficient, first-time-right production processes in a low-volume, high-complexity environment. Own the full NPI lifecycle, design serial production processes, define tooling and qualifications, perform FMEA/SPC/8D validation, monitor cost/quality/delivery, and coordinate with international suppliers for manufacturability and QA.

Operate and maintain painting equipment to apply high-quality wet paint on small-series, complex parts for semiconductor, medical and defense industries. Perform pre-treatment, read work orders and technical drawings, paint in booths or on-line, ensure quality and contribute to process improvement.
