Teams at NTS Group

Act as the link between NTS and suppliers during series production: collect and analyze supplier quality data, perform audits and root-cause analyses, handle supplier complaints, and initiate improvement projects and internal quality inspection improvements.

Lead and develop a production team (20–25 employees) across Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM and conventional machining. Manage planning, quality, safety, delivery reliability, resolve disruptions, implement process improvements, and coordinate with Quality, Planning, NPI and Projects to meet production objectives.

Own supplier qualification, auditing, release, and performance monitoring. Validate supplier processes, flow down quality and customer requirements, drive corrective actions (8D), analyze KPIs, coordinate supplier performance meetings, support NPI risk planning, and train colleagues/suppliers on quality tools.
