Leads multidisciplinary NPI projects from quotation through production transfer and series production. Coordinates engineering, production, procurement, quality, account management, and customers; develops project plans, manages risks and resources, oversees teams of 4–8 FTE, and ensures production readiness. The role requires high-tech project management experience, stakeholder management, decision-making under pressure, and fluency in Dutch and English. IPMA certification is required or must be obtained.

Leads procurement for NTS Mechatronics Assembly, managing a team of strategic, tactical, and project buyers. Develops procurement strategy, supplier networks, contracts, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Integrates procurement into new product introduction projects and coordinates with global procurement, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams. Oversees supplier acquisition, development, delivery reliability, quality, cost, departmental budgets, staffing, and training.

Lead demand and supply planning for a high-mix, low-volume engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. Own rolling forecasts, S&OP/S&OE cycles, master scheduling, order promising, lead-time quoting, planning parameters, and forecast accuracy. Translate demand into capacity and production priorities while coordinating Sales, Scheduling, Materials, and Operations. Facilitate cross-functional trade-offs and ensure planning decisions flow into material planning and shop-floor execution.
