Perform literature study and analyze performance of an interferometric focus sensor lab setup. Propose and verify improvements, redesign for outside-lab use, and, time permitting, build and experimentally validate a prototype.

Assemble and test electrical products per drawings; complete checklists and product documentation; perform return inspection and maintain cleanroom and quality standards. Work involves manual assembly, use of hand tools, and teamwork.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to transfer products from development to stable series production for semiconductor/analytical assemblies. Set and monitor QLTC targets, align customer development with manufacturability, manage milestones, commercial agreements, and stakeholder reporting throughout NPI to volume release.
