Lead supply chain improvements for a high-tech manufacturing unit: develop logistics policy, run improvement projects, root-cause disruptions, align demand and supply, build KPIs and dashboards, drive supplier improvements, advise management, and train colleagues.

Assemble and test electrical/mechatronic products per drawings, complete checklists and product documentation, and perform return inspection to ensure assembly quality in cleanroom environments.

Serve as primary customer contact for leading semiconductor clients, develop and execute strategic account plans, negotiate complex quotes/contracts, align customer goals with internal project teams, represent NTS at visits and audits, and drive account growth while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
